Front-End Developer

About the Company

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern front-end technologies, have strong problem-solving abilities, and be passionate about creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces. You will work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to build scalable, high-performance applications.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into interactive features.
• Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between client and server.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across different browsers and devices.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure coding standards are met.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in front-end development.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in front-end development.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Next.js.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Good understanding of REST APIs / GraphQL and asynchronous data handling.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA).
• Knowledge of build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and package managers (npm, yarn).
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching, etc.).
• Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is a plus.
