Weseek a skilled and passionate Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will build engaging and high-performance web applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience. You’ll work closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and project managers to create responsive, interactive, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.

Responsibilities

Develop, test and deploy responsive, user-focused web applications using the MERN stack, emphasizing frontend development.
Build and maintain applications using Next.js with hands-on experience in the app router and other advanced features like ISR and SSR.
Translate UI/UX designs into accurate, responsive code, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance.
Style applications with Tailwind CSS and CSS to achieve visually appealing and consistent user interfaces.
Utilize animation libraries like Framer Motion and GSAP (if familiar) to create interactive elements and transitions.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers and backend developers to ensure project alignment and quality.
Complete assigned KPI and KRA objectives within timelines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with a strong focus on front-end work.
Hands-on experience with Next.js app router and a strong understanding of ISR, SSR, and other advanced concepts in Next.js.
Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and CSS for responsive design.
Demonstrated skill in translating UI/UX designs into precise, high-quality code.
Familiarity with animation libraries like Framer Motion and GSAP is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of back-end technologies and databases. ○ Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and tools like Jenkins is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
