Job Opening: React.js Developer with Next.js Experience (Remote - Chennai) Company: TPI (The Paradigms Inc) Location: Remote (Candidates from around Chennai preferred as most of the team is already from around that area) Availability: Must be able to travel to Chennai on short notice, if required Job Type: Full-Time | Remote Experience Level: 3+ years preferred About Us: TPI is a fast-growing IT company with a strong foothold in Government IT contracting. We currently operate an IRS-approved e-filing website for Form 2290 and are expanding to launch a second site for IRS Form 720. Our mission is to drive secure, scalable, and user-focused digital services that power compliance and efficiency. Role Overview: We're seeking a React.js Developer with hands-on experience in Next.js to join our remote development team. You?ll be responsible for building modern, performant, and accessible front-end interfaces for our web applications that support federal compliance systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues Requirements: 3+ years of experience with React.js Solid experience with Next.js (server-side rendering, static site generation, API routes) Proficiency in HTML, CSS (Tailwind is a plus), and JavaScript (ES6+) Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines Understanding of Git and version control workflows Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment Ability to travel to Chennai if needed.
