Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Guest relations Executive
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Customer service orientation
- Basic administrative skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not always mandatory)
Experience:
- 2–7 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates can also apply)
- Good English written and spoken is NON- NEGOTIABLE
Working Conditions:
- Typically office-based with standard working hours
- May require handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
