Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Front Desk Executives to be the face of our hospital. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong commitment to patient service. Candidates must be soft-spoken, professional in their conduct, and presentable, as they will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient registrations, appointments, and follow-up scheduling.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and various departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry in hospital management systems.
- Assist with billing, payments, and receipt generation.
- Provide information regarding hospital services, treatments, and facilities.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Prepare daily reports and support administrative activities.
- Ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction and hospitality.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher’s and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance.
- Soft-spoken, courteous, and patient-friendly attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Presentable personality with confidence in handling patient interactions.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Experience
