Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with in-studio consultants to schedule consultations and support achievement of individual targets
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally
- Manage front desk operations to ensure prompt, courteous, and personalized client service
- Maintain and ensure adherence to brand standards and service protocols
- Oversee front office tasks and guest relations activities
- Prepare and maintain front office reports and operational statistics
- Create and manage work schedules for front office staff
- Ensure professional conduct, grooming, and workplace discipline within the front office team
- Support pre-sales and telesales activities where required to drive conversions
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in front desk operations, pre-sales, telesales, hospitality, service industry, or corporate environments
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (as per location)
- Excellent telephone etiquette and client-handling abilities
- Experience in routine operations and front office management
- Comfortable working in a target-based and performance-driven role
- Highly motivated, organized, and result-oriented professional
- Strong client relationship and coordination skills
