Job Description

We are looking for a presentable and courteous Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support to ensure a positive first impression of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk communications
  • Handle visitor entries, appointments, and meeting room coordination
  • Maintain front desk records, registers, and basic documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and administrative support
  • Manage courier handling, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Support basic administrative and office coordination tasks



Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in front desk or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
  • Ability to multitask and handle visitors efficiently
