Job Description
We are now looking for a Front Desk Executive who can be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at our Gurgaon clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle patient appointments and scheduling using booking software.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately in the system.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
- Oversee the front desk area to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Assist patients with registration, billing, and other administrative formalities.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and always maintain professional conduct.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of patient booking software and appointment management systems.
- Proficient in computer usage (MS Office, Email, Data Entry, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, empathetic, and responsible approach to patient handling.
