About the Role
We are seeking a well-presented, articulate, and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to efficiently manage reception operations and provide essential administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate personnel.
- Support day-to-day office coordination, filing, and documentation tasks.
- Assist the Admin Manager with administrative duties and report preparation.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Presentable and professional personality.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook email.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be based in Noida; candidates residing near Sector-132 will be preferred.
Salary : 2.40 LPA (Fixed)
