This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Front Desk & Billing Executive. The role involves managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting guests, handling customer inquiries, performing billing and cash management tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, managing phone communications, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Proficient phone etiquette and experience with receptionist duties
• Customer service abilities, including managing queries and providing exceptional support
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and cash handling is an asset
• Professional demeanor and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with billing software is a plus
• A high school diploma or higher education is required
