Maketronics is solving a niche yet globally relevant problem in the electronics supply chain: helping companies find components that are otherwise hard to procure. We?re building a platform that sits at the intersection of deep-tech sourcing, B2B workflows, and automation. This is an early-stage build with lots of room for experimentation, fast iteration, and real-world impact. You?ll be part of a small, driven team working to digitize and simplify a traditionally offline and fragmented industry. You?ll work directly with the product and engineering team to build and maintain internal systems used daily by sales, sourcing, and operations. You won?t be isolated or spoon-fed. You?ll start with scoped tasks and grow into ownership as you prove reliability and judgment. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain software applications and internal tools. Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code. Understand project requirements and convert them into technical tasks. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and development practices. Manage assigned tasks responsibly and ensure proper documentation. Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or currently pursuing final year). Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms). Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar). Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/technologies. Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience with any frameworks, libraries, or personal projects. Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Exposure to web development, APIs, or database systems.
