Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher Sales Representative, based in Noida. The role involves managing the sales process, reaching out to potential leads, effectively communicating the value of Edrix’s programs, and achieving set sales targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also contribute to market research and participate in team meetings to develop strategies to drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Fundamental knowledge of sales principles, customer engagement, and lead conversion.
• Basic understanding of Marketing strategies and an interest in working within the education and e-learning industry.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems to enhance sales performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
