Truxo is hiring a freight industry professional to help support customers and ensure our product works the way freight actually operates.
This role is designed for someone who has worked as a dispatcher, broker assistant, or freight operations coordinator and wants to move out of daily dispatch chaos into a product-focused, long-term career path.
You’ll support real customers, validate workflows, and help catch issues before they reach production. Your freight experience will directly shape product quality, customer experience, and system reliability.
⚠️ This is not a sales role and not a load-booking position. There are no commissions, quotas, or rate negotiations.What You’ll Be Working On
- Support brokers, carriers, dispatchers, and ops teams using Truxo.
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Loads, shipments, and dispatch workflows
- Carrier onboarding and compliance
- Rate confirmations, documents, and invoicing
- Load statuses, tracking, and operational exceptions
- Reproduce customer-reported issues using real freight scenarios.
- Perform manual testing of new features and bug fixes before production.
- Validate that workflows match real-world freight operations, not just specs.
- Identify edge cases, gaps, and breakdowns in the system.
- Work with Product and Engineering to clearly explain:
- What went wrong
- What should have happened
- How freight teams actually work
- Help improve onboarding, FAQs, and internal runbooks.
- Document recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements.
- Assist during high-priority incidents when customers are impacted.

- 2+ years of hands-on freight operations experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Dispatch workflows
- Load lifecycle (planning → dispatch → delivery → invoicing)
- Broker–carrier–driver coordination
- Ability to clearly explain operational issues and expected behavior.
- Strong attention to detail and process thinking.
- Comfort working with software systems and learning new tools.
- Willingness to document issues, steps, and observations.
- Ownership mindset — you care about fixing the root cause.
- Comfortable working US timezone hours.
- Experience working with a TMS or freight software platform.
- Prior customer support or internal ops support experience.
- Exposure to QA, UAT, or release validation.
- Familiarity with tracking tools, ELDs, or load boards.
- Fluent in English and Punjabi.
- Experience in drayage or port operations.
