We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Freight Forwarder (Entry-Level) to join our logistics team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in freight forwarding, international logistics, and supply chain management.

The Freight Forwarder will support end-to-end logistics operations by coordinating shipments, managing documentation, communicating with customers and service providers, and ensuring timely movement of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transport partners, customs brokers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth shipment execution.

• Support the planning and execution of import and export shipments while ensuring timely delivery.

• Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other logistics-related documents.

• Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Assist with customs clearance coordination and ensure compliance with required procedures.

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and partners to resolve shipment-related queries.

• Maintain shipment records, operational reports, and documentation in accordance with company standards.

• Identify potential delays or operational challenges and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.

• Basic understanding of freight forwarding, shipping operations, and supply chain processes.

• Familiarity with import/export documentation and logistics terminology is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent coordination, organizational, and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
