Role Description The Freight Broker role at V2U Logistics is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves sourcing and securing freight from shippers, negotiating rates with carriers, and matching loads with available capacity to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. The Freight Broker will manage daily dispatching activities, track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with customers and carriers. Responsibilities include building and maintaining accounts, preparing and updating load documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills, including rate negotiation, carrier sourcing, and load planning.
• Proven Customer Service abilities with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship management.
• Experience in Dispatching, including coordinating truck schedules, monitoring transit, and managing real-time updates.
• Account Management skills to grow and retain client relationships, manage pipelines, and support repeat business.
• Knowledge of domestic and international freight operations, modes (air, ocean, road), and basic customs procedures.
• Comfort with logistics software, transportation management systems (TMS), and Excel or similar tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail under time-sensitive conditions.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle a high volume of transactions.
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding is preferred; relevant coursework or certification is an advantage.
