Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, operating during US shifts. The role involves coordinating freight shipments, identifying and contracting with carriers, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Additional responsibilities include negotiating freight rates, managing dispatch, and handling customer service inquiries to maintain and grow client accounts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations, with a solid understanding of industry practices
• Strong Customer Service and Dispatching skills, ensuring seamless freight coordination and client satisfaction
• Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow business relationships
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, US shift environment
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
