Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Freelance Physiotherapist to provide home-based physiotherapy services for adult and senior clients. This role is suited for clinicians who prefer one-on-one patient care, value functional outcomes, and are comfortable working independently in a home-care setting.

You will deliver structured, evidence-based physiotherapy while coordinating remotely with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

1.Conduct in-home physiotherapy assessments for all age-group clients

2.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional needs

3.Provide physiotherapy for:

• Chronic back, knee, neck, and shoulder pain
• Osteoarthritis and age-related mobility issues
• Post-surgical and post-hospitalization rehabilitation
• Balance training, fall prevention, and gait correction
• Deconditioning, weakness, and reduced endurance
• Neurological conditions

4.Educate patients and caregivers on:

• Home exercise programs
• Posture, mobility, and safety within the home
• Use of basic assistive devices when required

5.Maintain clinical notes and progress updates for each client

6.Communicate with the core clinical team for care continuity

7.Follow ethical, patient-first, and safety-driven practice standards

Eligibility Criteria

• BPT / MPT with valid State Council registration
• 0–3 years of clinical experience (home visits/ ortho / neuro geriatrics preferred)
• Comfortable managing patients independently during home visits
• Strong communication skills with patients and family members
• Willingness to travel within assigned residential zones
• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and clinical ethics

Engagement Model

• Freelance / Consultant role (Home Visits Only)
• Per-session/Per-package revenue sharing model
• Flexible scheduling based on availability and client allocation
• Consistent patient flow based on performance and availability
