Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise data architecture for SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
• Analyze SAP data models and develop efficient strategies for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and data validation.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate SAP data with enterprise data warehouses, cloud platforms, and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and analytics teams to define data requirements and ensure data consistency.
• Lead data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities during SAP implementations and upgrades.
• Establish and maintain data governance, metadata management, and data quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve data performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Support reporting and business intelligence initiatives by ensuring reliable and well-structured enterprise data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in SAP data architecture, SAP data integration, or enterprise data engineering.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC data structures, SAP ERP data models, and data extraction methodologies.
• Advanced expertise in SQL, including query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling
• Enterprise data architecture frameworks
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating SAP data with:
• Enterprise Data Warehouses
• Cloud data platforms
• Analytics and BI solutions
• Strong knowledge of:
• Data warehousing concepts
• Data governance
• Data quality management
• Master data management
• Data migration and reconciliation processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Services, SAP SLT, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with data integration tools such as Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, or similar.
• Experience with BI and analytics platforms including Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• SAP or data architecture certifications are a plus.
