Freelance Project Leader

Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.

Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a first-of-its-kind Action Tank that is bringing together stakeholders from business, academia, and government to help India create 10m jobs is looking to engage with Consultants who can help drive this initiative.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans for the company. This includes identifying priorities, setting goals, and creating action plans to achieve objectives
• Conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, or exploring new opportunities for business growth or operational efficiency
• Managing projects and initiatives assigned. This involves planning, organizing, and monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, and providing regular updates to the relevant stakeholders
• Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations. Coordinate to ensure smooth workflow, effective resource allocation, and timely completion of tasks.

Location- Mumbai, Delhi, (onsite)

Duration- 6 months

Capacity- Full time

Skills Required

• At least 10+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting
• Consulting experience preferred
• Excellent Problem Solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MBA preferred from tier 1 or tier 2 colleges
• People who are passionate about creating social impact - Should be able to work independently with management guidance and oversight
