This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Freelance Online Trainer, located in Dwarka. The Online Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging online courses and training materials. Responsibilities include preparing curriculum, conducting live online training sessions, evaluating participants, and providing constructive feedback. The role requires aligning training objectives with industry standards and ensuring an engaging and interactive learning experience.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in the relevant field or subject matter to be trained
• Experience in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and online teaching
• Proficiency with online training tools, platforms, and educational technologies
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt content delivery to suit diverse learning styles and needs
• Prior experience in conducting corporate training or workshops is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field is preferred
