The editor will also support content development when necessary, such as restructuring sections or recommending ways to present ideas more effectively.

- Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and explaining editorial recommendations.
- Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Punjab, India, with the flexibility to support different types of clients and projects.
- Relevant experience in editing, publishing, communications, or a related field; a degree in English, Journalism, or similar discipline is beneficial.
- Familiarity with basic office and editing software; experience with advanced editing tools or document management systems is an advantage.
