Freelance AP Computer Science Principles (AP CSP) & English Instructor (US Curriculum)

Position: Freelance Online Instructor

We are looking for experienced and passionate freelance instructors to teach AP Computer Science Principles (AP CSP) and English for Grades 10 & 11 to students following the US Curriculum.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and prior experience teaching online to high school students.

• Deliver engaging online classes for AP Computer Science Principles (AP CSP) and/or English (Grades 10 & 11).
• Teach students following the US Curriculum and College Board AP standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
• Help students prepare for school examinations and the AP Computer Science Principles exam.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct interactive live sessions using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar online platforms.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and high teaching standards.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, English, Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience teaching AP Computer Science Principles (AP CSP) and/or English for Grades 10 & 11 (US Curriculum).
• Strong understanding of the US high school curriculum and College Board AP standards.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable teaching students in US time zones.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional online teaching setup.

• Experience teaching AP or US high school students.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, block-based programming (Scratch), and computational thinking concepts for AP CSP.
• Experience teaching reading comprehension, literature, grammar, writing, and essay development for Grades 10 & 11.
• Ability to create an engaging and interactive online learning environment.

• This is a freelance, hourly-based role.
• Monthly payouts will be processed based on the total number of sessions conducted.
• For example, if you conduct 10 sessions in a month, you will be paid for those 10 sessions at the agreed hourly rate.
• A 10% TDS deduction will be applicable as per Indian tax regulations.
