Job Description: Freelance Trainer ? AI Tools Position : Freelance Trainer (AI Tools) Location : Remote / Onsite (as per client requirement) Engagement Type : Project-based / Part-time / Hourly About the Role We are seeking experienced Freelance Trainers with in-depth knowledge of AI tools and platforms to deliver engaging, practical, and outcome-driven training sessions to professionals, students, and organizations. The trainer should be able to design, customize, and deliver content that enhances participants? skills in using AI-driven tools for productivity, automation, data analysis, and business applications. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality training modules on AI tools and applications (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Jasper, Runway, Synthesia, Claude, Bard, GitHub Copilot, AI-powered analytics tools, AutoML platforms, etc.). Develop customized training content , case studies, hands-on exercises, and real-world scenarios. Conduct live workshops, webinars, and classroom/virtual sessions for diverse audiences (corporates, students, entrepreneurs, professionals). Evaluate learners? progress through assessments, projects, and feedback. Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and emerging tools to ensure training is current and industry-relevant. Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and design tailored learning solutions . Provide post-training support, mentorship, and guidance when required. Required Skills & Expertise Strong expertise in AI tools and applications (text generation, image generation, video generation, code generation, data analysis, and workflow automation). Proven hands-on experience with popular AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Hugging Face, Stable Diffusion, etc. ). Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver practical, interactive training . Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills . Experience in curriculum design, instructional material development, and training delivery . Knowledge of AI ethics, prompt engineering, automation workflows, and business use cases . Familiarity with corporate training, e-learning platforms, or academic teaching is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 3?5 years of experience in AI/ML tools, digital transformation, or training roles. Certifications in AI/ML, Data Analytics, or related fields are desirable.
