Franchise Sales Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining franchise relationships, driving franchise sales, generating leads, and creating and executing effective business plans to support franchise growth. The role demands excellent communication skills to collaborate with potential franchisees and ensure their onboarding aligns with the company’s strategic expansion objectives.

• Proven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Proficiency in Business Planning and lead management for franchise growth
• Exceptional Communication skills for building relationships with franchisees
• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential franchise opportunities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the food and beverage franchise industry is a plus
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
