Fat Tiger, co-founded by Sahaj Chopra and Sahil Arya, brings a unique twist to Asian cuisine by blending popular Indian flavors with authentic Chinese dishes such as Baozi and Jiaozi. Inspired during their travels through China's vibrant culinary streets, they have curated a menu that combines the best of both worlds, emphasizing delicious and innovative momo assortments. With over 65 outlets across India, Fat Tiger is rapidly growing and aims to share its distinctive offerings and brand love across the country.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining franchise relationships, driving franchise sales, generating leads, and creating and executing effective business plans to support franchise growth. The role demands excellent communication skills to collaborate with potential franchisees and ensure their onboarding aligns with the company’s strategic expansion objectives.
- Proven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
- Proficiency in Business Planning and lead management for franchise growth
- Exceptional Communication skills for building relationships with franchisees
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential franchise opportunities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in the food and beverage franchise industry is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
