Role Description
The role of Franchise Development Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. The individual will be responsible for managing the entire franchise development lifecycle, generating leads, conducting franchise sales and negotiations, and developing strategic business plans. Additional duties include providing training to prospective franchisees and building strong relationships with them to ensure mutual growth.

Qualifications
- Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
- Knowledge in Business Planning and strategic execution
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and acquisition strategies
- Capability to conduct effective training for franchisees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in the education, preschool, or franchising sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
