Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

AMIEO Campaign Completion Monitoring & Reporting
Data requests and preparation to support Quarterly Campaign Provision Re-assessment
Data requests and preparation to support Annual Campaign Stock review
Management of annual Campaign Closures activity, including data request, analysis and communication
Management of market enquiry on campaign topic via Campaign Mailbox and liaison with FQA subject matter expert
Management of campaign application on Grey Import vehicles, including tracking, communication and liaison with responsible regional TCS team.
Tracking and reporting of AMIEO Recurrence Prevention activity
Management of IMEI request and co-ordination with relevant internal stakeholder

Ideal Background and Experience:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language
Self-motivated, with ability to effectively progress and monitor status on multiple open tasks
Proficient with MS Office - Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint for daily task management, data analysis and report preparation.
Ability to work cross-functionally / cross-regionally with stakeholders at different levels in the business
A good team player who challenges current processes to find improvement/efficiency
