What we do

Technif.ai is the intelligence platform built specifically for performance marketing agencies.

Agencies currently rely on a stack of disconnected, expensive tools – Motion, Funnel, Smartly, Triple Whale – all built for individual brands, not for how agencies actually work: managing multiple client accounts at once, with years of cross-account data they've never been able to put to work. Technif.ai replaces that stack with one platform that centralises their workflows, transforms historical data into actionable intelligence, and provides them with overnight insights that guide their daily priorities.

Founded by an industry insider, who spent nearly a decade at one of EMEA's top Meta spenders, built their entire tech vertical from scratch, and played a central role in their successful exit. Technif.ai is the platform he wished existed back then: one place where an agency team opens up every morning already knowing what happened overnight across every account, what needs fixing, and what to do about it.

About this role

We're building the founding engineering team, the first set of engineers on the platform – setting the architecture a 20+ tool product gets built on, not picking up tickets from someone else's backlog. This is a hands-on role across the stack: designing systems, writing code, and making calls that shape how the platform scales for years, not just this sprint.

Open roles:

• Lead Developer – owns the technical direction across the platform and sets the standards the team builds on
• Data and ML Engineer – owns the RAG pipeline, embeddings, and portfolio-wide benchmarking every other tool runs on
• Backend Developers – own the data foundation: Meta, Google, TikTok, GA4, HubSpot, unified
• Frontend Developer – owns the screen an agency team lives in every single morning
• QA Engineer – owns the testing culture from day one

What you'd be building:

• A cross-account intelligence layer that gets smarter every time a new agency connects – not per-account, stateless tooling like everything else in this space
• An AI layer built using the most efficient frontier models doing real inference on live agency accounts, not a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard
• Infrastructure decisions – the ones that are hard to undo – made by you, not inherited from someone three years in

Must have:

• Strong fundamentals – data structures and algorithms, system design, production experience
• Can describe a hard problem you've solved: why it was hard, what changed as a result – not just a list of technologies
• Comfort with ambiguity: early-stage, evolving requirements, no existing playbook

Good to have:

• Java/Spring Boot, MySQL, Elasticsearch (backend)
• React/TypeScript (frontend)
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, or LLM-based pipelines
• Experience in a startup where you owned a domain end-to-end, not just your slice of it
• Smart and efficient use of AI coding tools to move faster without cutting corners

Compensation:

• Lead Developer: ₹50-70L
• Data and ML Engineer: ₹30-40L
• Backend Developer: ₹22-30L
• Frontend Developer: ₹15-25L
• QA Engineer: ₹10-18L
• All roles include ESOPs, reflecting founding-team equity

Process:

A conversation with the founder, followed by two rounds – technical and system-design. Three steps, no unnecessary rounds.
