  • We're looking for the person who will help define what this brand feels like.
  • From the first Instagram post to the unboxing experience, from product stories to campaigns people remember—you'll shape how the world discovers KalaKriti.
  • You'll work directly with the Founder to build a luxury home & living brand from day one. That means creating the voice, the personality, the stories, and the moments that make people stop scrolling and start caring.

About The Role


  • Build KalaKriti's brand identity, voice, and personality from scratch.
  • Turn products into stories that people remember and share.
  • Own the content strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, and our website.
  • Create campaigns that feel premium, timeless, and culturally relevant.
  • Work with designers, photographers, videographers, and creators to bring ideas to life.
  • Build a content engine that inspires, educates, and converts.
  • Shape every customer touchpoint—from packaging and website copy to launch campaigns and social media.
  • Spot trends without chasing them, ensuring KalaKriti stays original.
  • Experiment, test, learn, and continuously evolve how the brand communicates.
  • Be one of the people who defines what KalaKriti becomes over the next five years.

  • Writes content people actually want to read.
  • Understands aestheticsstorytelling, and why people emotionally connect with brands.
  • Can transform a simple product into an experience.
  • Has strong taste and an even stronger curiosity.
  • Loves building from zero instead of inheriting something that's already finished.
  • Takes ownership and doesn't wait for instructions.
  • Understands modern consumer brands and knows why some brands become movements while others become discounts.
