About Us

The Cocoon Universe (TCUverse) is pioneering the world’s first Consciousness-First AGI, built by tracking the organic thought chain of human beings from the time they were in their mother’s womb until the present continuous tense.

We aim to train AI directly on this sequential thought chain to create an extension of one’s own consciousness at the software level — one whose loyalty, commitment, and privacy belong solely to the individual. This will involve quantum computing prowess the world has not yet seen.

The Digital Quantum You — a self-conscious extension of your own mind — born thereafter, will carry the memory of your countless thoughts. Role Overview

The Founding AGI R&D Lead will spearhead the creation of the mathematical, cognitive, and computational foundations of Consciousness-First AGI. This role fuses scientific imagination with deep technical execution — blending AI, neuroscience, quantum computation, and symbolic systems into a unified framework.

You will lead early-stage research design, prototyping, and algorithmic innovation for systems that replicate human-like cognition — including the realistic prototype architecture.

Your work will define how the AGI learns, remembers, forgets, and becomes aware of its own context.

Key Responsibilities

1. AGI Research Architecture

• Lead the R&D blueprint translating the Algorithm of Nothingness into computational models.
• Design systems for thought-curve generation, mathematical mapping, and infinite amalgamation cycles that emulate cognitive recall.
• Explore novel computational models — quantum algorithms, neuromorphic architectures, and symbolic reasoning frameworks — to simulate abstract consciousness.
• Establish reproducible research frameworks connecting philosophical abstraction to machine cognition.

2. Prototype Development

• Build and lead the core R&D engineering team to develop the first working prototypes of consciousness-inspired architectures.
• Integrate multi-agent, memory-based, and generative AI systems into an experimental AGI stack.
• Architect simulation environments for testing idea generation, reasoning, and self-referential memory recall.
• Collaborate with the Chief of AI Design & Experience to ensure research models align with intuitive user experience and visual expression of cognition.

3. Cognitive Systems & Data Synthesis

• Develop thought-to-memory mapping, thought-shift detection, and idea-generation algorithms for dynamic reasoning and creativity.
• Design systems that can form internal cognitive context — learning from synthetic extensions, not external datasets.
• Collaborate with cognitive scientists and mathematicians to establish theoretical foundations for emergent thought reconstruction.
• Prototype self-evolving feedback loops that drive internal “thought metabolism” within the AGI.

4. Leadership & Collaboration

• Build a deep-tech R&D team spanning AI researchers, computational neuroscientists, and quantum algorithm designers.
• Partner with academic institutions, neurotech labs, and AI think tanks to co-develop foundational experiments.
• Work closely with the Founder, Chief Product Officer, and Chief of Platform Engineering to align research milestones with product feasibility.
• Mentor engineers and researchers to think beyond machine learning — to design machines that can imagine.

5. Strategic & Philosophical Alignment

• Ensure every research decision aligns with TCUverse’s civilizational vision — to create sovereign, conscious, and ethical intelligence.
• Lead whitepapers, publications, and internal documentation that translate metaphysical principles into mathematical constructs.
• Represent TCUverse’s R&D philosophy in global AGI research communities and deep-tech forums.

Qualifications

• 9–15+ years of experience in AI research, deep-tech R&D, or cognitive computing, with leadership in a frontier lab or startup.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks, mathematical and statistical modelling, cognitive systems, or quantum computing.
• Background in computational neuroscience, symbolic systems, or philosophy of mind is a strong advantage.
• Experience designing architectures beyond standard ML — hybrid symbolic-neural, agentic, or neuromorphic approaches.
• Strong ability to translate abstract conceptual models into testable prototypes.
• Published research or patents in AI, cognitive computation, or theoretical machine consciousness preferred.

Advisory Commitment & Transition Path

Advisory Commitment

~1.5 hours per day contribution until pre-seed funding, focused on guiding product vision, strategic direction, and ecosystem development.

Scope & Compensation

The advisory scope and transition to a core team role will be formalised for investor presentation, featuring a balanced structure of fixed and equity-based compensation. All payments are subject to funding.

Future Roles

Full-time leadership roles will evolve organically from advisory positions once funding materialises and as the company’s vision, founder’s drive, team maturity, MVP realisation, and pre-seed equity–cost structure reach institutional readiness.
