We are hiring for a venture-backed health-tech SaaS company building category-defining operational software for senior living communities. The company is mission-driven, customer-obsessed, and scaling quickly after strong early adoption across 100+ communities. They are assembling their founding go-to-market team and hiring a Founding Account Executive to help shape the future of their sales motion.

Role Snapshot

• Role: Founding Account Executive
• Compensation: $90k – $100k (OTE: $180k – $200k) + Competitive equity
• Location: Remote (US) | Central Time working hours
• YOE: 2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS AE experience, ideally in a VC-backed startup (health-tech a plus)
