Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment firm partnering with leading US-based startups. We are hiring for a venture-backed health-tech SaaS company building category-defining operational software for senior living communities. The company is mission-driven, customer-obsessed, and scaling quickly after strong early adoption across 100+ communities. They are assembling their founding go-to-market team and hiring a Founding Account Executive to help shape the future of their sales motion.
Role Snapshot
- Role: Founding Account Executive
- Compensation: $90k – $100k (OTE: $180k – $200k) + Competitive equity
- Location: Remote (US) | Central Time working hours
- YOE: 2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS AE experience, ideally in a VC-backed startup (health-tech a plus)

Their platform integrates directly with existing healthcare systems and eliminates manual workflows, enabling operators to make data-driven decisions that measurably improve NOI and frontline staff experience. The founding team includes experienced operators from Uber, Lime, and leading health-tech organizations.
