Founder's Office
Actively Reviewing
YourNest Venture Capital
Job Description
Do you have what it takes to build India's most-envied VC firm?
Startups aspire to change the way we live and work. They are here to create economic value. Empowering their founders with empathy and assertiveness is an art. We are seeking such partners as part of YourNest's journey to nurture success for DeepTech startups.
At YourNest, we've been scouting for diamonds in the rough since 2011: with three flagship funds and a continuum fund totalling $160 million, being the first to focus on DeepTech startups, delivering more than 10 exits in the last 5 years, and ensuring we remain among India's best-performing early-stage funds, we've made it a habit to set new benchmarks in the country's venture capital sector. And we've done this thanks to an enterprising team of committed young people who work closely with our founders to help them succeed.
YourNest is all set to launch its flagship Fund IV of INR 1500 crores and is seeking to strengthen its Founder's Office. Now we're hiring a "Founder's Office" to join us in this mission.
How does this role contribute?
As part of the Founder's Office, you will be the execution engine behind the Founders/General Partners/CEO, powering a fast-paced venture capital firm with analytics, data, and disciplined follow-through — not a cold hand-off, but a partner who carries context across meetings, projects, and decisions. This is a broad-based, operationally intensive role spanning project coordination, programme management, and research, designed to free up leadership bandwidth so decisions move faster and nothing slips through the cracks. The Impact is at Firm level, and the role offers a launchpad into any functional area of the firm.
You own — directly and accountably
Learning & Exposure
At YourNest, we don't measure success by degrees or accolades alone. If you believe in the transformative power of startups to reshape India's narrative and understand that venture capital isn't just a means but a catalyst for entrepreneurial success, we would love to interact with you.

- Operational Excellence: Compliance of digital record-keeping (decks, documents, notes, shared drives) and progress on making firm data AI-ready.
- GP Enablement: Turnaround time on GP requests and follow-ups; quality and reuse of narrative, speech, and case-study content across ecosystem engagements.

- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in a Founder's Office, Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or a similar high-exposure role, working closely with senior leadership on execution, coordination, and decision support.
- Mindset: Self-driven, hungry to learn, a patient listener, assertive, analytical, a systems thinker, a team player, a thought leader, and a doer who believes the job isn't over until it's done.
