Selected Intern's Day-to-day Task Will Be To

• Assist the Founder with day-to-day task prioritization, scheduling, and correspondence to maximize productivity.
• Take full responsibility for assigned projects, managing them from planning to final execution.
• Provide concise, real-time status updates directly to the Founder (no middle management).
• Monitor project health and autonomously adjust operational workflows to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Identify blockers early and implement immediate solutions to keep projects on track.
• Analyze workflows and intervene immediately, changing processes or technical approaches to ensure deadlines are met.
