This is a full-time onsite role for an Executive Assistant (Founder's Office Executive) in the Founder's Office (CE0). The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, and handling day-to-day executive assistance tasks. The role will also involve effective communication with team members and stakeholders, and supporting various administrative functions. Additionally, the candidate will prepare the salaries, manage employee relations and maintaining the confidential documents.? ?Qualifications ? Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills Proficiency in managing Administrative Assistance Strong Communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
