Role Summary

We are looking for a Founder’s Office Executive who will work closely with the Founder and help drive execution across the business. This role requires strong communication, high ownership, a strong follow-up nature, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-moving environment.


Key Requirements

  • Drive day-to-day execution of founder priorities with strong follow-ups and closure discipline.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments (Sales, Operations, Governance, Marketing, and Admin) to ensure work moves on time.
  • Prepare agendas, schedule meetings, capture MOM/action points, and ensure action items are closed.
  • Maintain trackers and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets) for tasks, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Share daily/weekly progress updates with the founder—status, blockers, and next steps.
  • Identify gaps in execution and support in creating simple SOPs/checklists for smooth operations.
  • Handle urgent tasks calmly, prioritize correctly, and deliver outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Support on-ground execution and visits as required (travel included).


Skills & Requirements

  • Strong follow-up mindset—ownership, accountability, and a “work gets done” attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, work with speed, and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong working knowledge of advanced Excel, presentations (PPT), and AI productivity tools; familiarity with Power BI / reporting dashboards or similar analytics tools would be an advantage.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and a solution-first approach.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal + written) and professional stakeholder handling.


Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM preferred (or equivalent postgraduate qualification).
  • Graduates with strong execution/operations experience may also be considered.
