Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive executive assistant to the Founder to provide administrative and strategic support. The candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communication, and assist with business operations to ensure the Founder’s day-to-day activities run smoothly.

- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and notes.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Founder.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents.
- Coordinate with different teams to track tasks and project updates.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Support the Founder with business research and operational tasks.
