The Role

This role sits at the centre of everything that happens after a customer says yes. You will own the consumer concierge experience — from the moment a Wardrobe Reset is booked to everything that follows. Chat-first, call-confident, and deeply cross-functional.

You'll work directly with the founder and CPTO — and be in the room where decisions get made.

What You'll Do

• Own the consumer WhatsApp concierge — continuous, warm, responsive communication across the customer lifecycle
• Coordinate at-home visit logistics — scheduling, prep, and day-of coordination between customer and in-house team
• Work with stylists to communicate shopping recommendations, bespoke order updates, and post-reset follow-ups
• Support and assist in sales conversations — warm leads, follow-ups, closing nudges
• Feed product and experience improvement inputs directly to the founder and CPTO
• Spot patterns, flag issues, and problem-solve in real time across ops, styling, and delivery

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of experience in any field — product, ops, customer success, sales, or similar
• Exceptional communicator — on chat and on calls; warm but sharp
• Street-smart and logical; you don't need a playbook for every situation
• Genuinely interested in men's styling as a domain
• Comfortable juggling multiple things at once without dropping any of them
• Want to be close to the founder and build from the inside

What This Is Not

This is not a support role. This is not a call centre job. This is an ownership role with a wide remit and a short chain of command.
