Founder’s Office – Chief of Staff

Location: On-site, Marathahalli, Bangalore

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role working directly with the Founder. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, operations, and execution - essentially acting as an extension of the Founder’s office to drive key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives and business priorities
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making support
• Lead cross-functional projects across sales, operations, and product
• Identify inefficiencies and build systems/processes to scale execution
• Prepare investor decks, reports, and internal strategy documents
• Act as a problem-solver across departments—whatever moves the needle
  

Who You are

• MBA (Finance preferred) + Tech undergraduate from a top-tier institute
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Extremely structured thinker with high ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced startup environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
