This is a full-time, on-site leadership role located in Chennai for the position of Founder’s Office – Business Head (Growth & Operations).
The individual in this role will take ownership of the company’s business performance and work closely with the Director to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and scale the business. The role involves overseeing key business functions including sales, marketing strategy, business development, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing operational processes, strengthening sales conversion, and identifying new growth opportunities. The candidate will also coordinate closely with the Operations Head to ensure smooth service delivery and operational alignment.
This is a high-ownership leadership position, where the selected candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory and operational structure.

Qualifications- MBA (Master of Business Administration) – Preferred
- 5–8 years of professional experience in business development, operations management, sales leadership, or startup growth roles
- Proven experience in driving business growth, managing teams, and handling operational responsibilities
- Experience in industries such as construction, real estate, facility management, home services, or service-based startups will be highly preferred
- Candidates with experience in organizations such as Urban Company, NoBroker, or similar home services startups will be strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities
- Experience in operational management and process optimization
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and scale business operations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
- Ability to work closely with founders and manage cross-functional teams in a startup environment
The salary range for this role is ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month.
However, exceptional candidates with proven capabilities and strong leadership potential may be offered a higher compensation package based on experience and performance.
