Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Work directly with founders on business priorities and strategic initiatives
Solve open-ended business problems: break them down, structure an approach, and reach a recommendation
Run market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions
Analyse client needs, industry trends, and internal performance data, and come back with a recommendation
Own growth and operational initiatives end to end: scope, coordinate, execute, and report outcomes
Build and improve internal processes and workflows
Track key activities, prepare reports, and share actionable insights

Ideal Candidate

Strong Generalist / Founder's Office profile with evidence of independent execution
Mandatory (Experience) – Fresher, or up to 12 months of experience. Internship experience is also counted if internship duration is >4 months in a company
Mandatory (Problem Solving) – Must have experience of problem solving, defining the unstructured problem, break it into parts, and work towards a solution, execution of solution etc
Mandatory (Ownership) – Must show evidence of taking a problem from unstructured to resolved without supervision
Mandatory (Analytical) – Must be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to work with data and turn it into a clear insights
Mandatory (Graduation) – Must have graduated in 2025/2026
Preferred (Experience) - Experience in customer facing role like product/sales is highly preferred
