Role Description
This is a hybrid as part of the Founder's Office & Strategic Initiatives at Zykrr. The role involves working closely with the founder on strategic projects that drive company growth and innovation. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic plans, managing special initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional projects. The role is dynamic and requires strong analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and execution skills to support high-impact decisions and initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Founder on strategic priorities and business initiatives
- Support fundraising, investor communication, and board/investor updates
- Track execution across Product, GTM, AI, Delivery, and Operations teams
- Drive leadership reviews, action tracking, and strategic planning cadence
- Support strategic research, market intelligence, and competitive analysis
- Coordinate high-priority enterprise and cross-functional projects
- Prepare presentations, business reviews, and strategic documents
What we are looking for-
- Strong analytical and research skills to gather and analyze market trends, business data, and customer insights
- Experience in strategic planning, project management, and initiative execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and support decision-making
- Proficiency in using business tools, including project management software and data visualization tools
- Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in customer experience (CX), strategy roles, consulting, or startup environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Ability to work independently with high ownership
- Structured thinker with strong execution discipline
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
Preferred
- 4-8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, founder’s office, operations, or enterprise SaaS
