Role Overview We?re hiring a Founder?s Office Generalist who can operate as an extension of the founders ? solving problems, driving execution, and keeping momentum across GTM, product, hiring, ops, and special strategic projects. This is a high-trust, high-impact role built for someone who wants to grow into a senior leadership position. What You?ll Drive Own and execute high-priority founder-led projects end-to-end. Support GTM initiatives: research, outreach, content, partnerships. Work with product & engineering to coordinate launches, timelines, and cross-functional execution. Manage hiring sprints: screening, coordination, candidate experience. Build dashboards, processes, and documentation to reduce founder load. Conduct deep research (market, competitive, customer intelligence). Represent founders in meetings, notes, follow-ups, and execution loops. Operate as the first responder for ?0 ? 1? problems across the company. What We?re Looking For 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, PMO, early-stage startup roles, or founder/entrepreneur experience. Strong problem-solving, clarity, and execution-first mindset. Exceptional written & verbal communication. Ability to work in ambiguity and create structure from scratch. Fast learner, high hunger, no ego, extreme ownership. Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or DevTools is a plus. Why This Role Work directly with founders on company-defining problems.
