The Founder Office Executive will work closely with the leadership team to assist in various administrative and operational tasks. Key responsibilities include managing communication on behalf of the founder, providing administrative support, overseeing office operations, and fostering strong customer relations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle correspondence, interactions, and relationships effectively.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration for maintaining efficient office operations and support.
- Proficiency in Accounting for managing financial records and supporting budgeting processes.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in supporting executive roles and working in fast-paced environments is a plus.
