We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who enjoys solving real-world customer problems, working directly with clients, and building technical solutions that bridge product and engineering. Job Summary

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work closely with customers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to implement, customize, and optimize AI-powered solutions. You will understand customer requirements, build technical workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful product adoption.

This role combines software engineering, customer-facing problem-solving, and product implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and technical use cases.
• Deploy, configure, and customize GoodSpace AI solutions based on customer needs.
• Build integrations with third-party platforms using APIs and automation tools.
• Develop custom scripts, workflows, and lightweight applications to solve customer-specific challenges.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Assist in product implementation, onboarding, and technical training.
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices.
• Monitor solution performance and optimize deployments for reliability and scalability.
• Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of Git and version control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working with SaaS, AI, HRTech, or enterprise software products.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
• Experience with automation platforms and scripting.
• Exposure to LLMs, AI APIs, or Generative AI applications is a plus.
