Extensive knowledge on Forging process, Equipment’s, manufacturers, investments & cycle time
Knowledge on various types of raw materials, processing methods, Equipments and its suppliers
Knowledge on worldwide Forging Industry specific to Automotive.
Knowledge on import, export duties & tax structure of Forging goods and its Equipment’s
Knowledge on Forging Automotive part costing and analytical skills, Economical parameters
MS Tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and VBA)

Machining

Ø Knowledge on Machining, Cutting Tools & Fixture manufacturers / suppliers

Ø Knowledge on Machining, processing (Automotive Parts)

Ø Know-how of which processes involved in Machining process from first operation to finished part.
