About the role

This role supports a regulatory-driven initiative focused on product traceability and recall readiness within a highly regulated food supply chain environment. The Business Analyst will work with business, PMO, and vendors to prepare for new compliance requirements and lead requirements and process efforts across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, process mapping, and gap analysis for traceability and recall initiatives
• Coordinate with business teams, PMO, and vendors to evaluate solutions and support implementation
• Support programs related to product traceability, recall readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Work across supply chain, quality, and IT teams to ensure alignment with new regulations
• Assist in vendor assessment and documentation for compliance-driven system changes
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior / Lead Business Analyst on large cross-functional initiatives
• Hands-on work with traceability, product recall, or regulatory compliance programs
• Background in food, CPG, supply chain, distribution, or regulated industry
• Experience working with FDA / regulatory / compliance-driven projects
• Strong experience with vendor evaluation, stakeholder management, and PMO coordination
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead discussions across teams
