This is a full-time, on-site position for a Food and Beverage Associate located at our property in Alappuzha. The role involves assisting with food preparation and service to ensure an exceptional culinary experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include maintaining the highest standards of customer service, taking and serving orders efficiently, and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area. Additional duties include collaborating with the culinary team to uphold quality standards and addressing guests' needs promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to create welcoming and impactful guest experiences.
• Basic Culinary Skills and familiarity with food preparation processes are advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, hospitality-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
