Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Member in Food and Beverage Service located in Dehradun. The Team Member will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction through outstanding service. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service areas, providing menu recommendations, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food. The role also involves handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously. Qualifications Proficiency in customer service and guest relations Knowledge of food and beverage handling, service standards, and hygiene practices Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus
