Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant based in Gangtok. The role involves assisting in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing food service operations, and supporting the overall dining experience for guests. The Food and Beverage Assistant will collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of service and create memorable dining experiences for all guests. Qualifications Proficiency in Food & Beverage service practices Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with guests Experience or skills in Food Service operations and processes An understanding of hospitality industry standards and a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in food and beverage services or hospitality is a plus
