Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Surat. As a Business Development Officer within the FMCG sector at Erocare Industries, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and analyzing market trends to drive revenue growth. Your role will involve creating strategic business plans, maintaining excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with various teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of market trends and data analysis
• Knowledge of Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer engagement
• Ability to lead and demonstrate a results-oriented approach to achieving business targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the FMCG or construction industry is desirable
